Nebraska Hispanic Leadership and Diversity Conference
The main goals of this conference are to foster leadership and attain greater diversity and inclusion for the Latino population in corporate and civic America. Equally important is our goal to increase the representation of the Latino population in major business, industry and government sectors. Ultimately, a diverse workforce enhances the quality of individuals needed to address the needs of our increasingly diverse communities and, in this particular case, the Latino/Hispanic community.
This gathering of community and civic leaders, nonprofit, businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, educators, policy makers, and experienced and young professionals is designed to foster leadership, promote progress, and opportunities within the Latino community.
