NEBRASKA HISPANIC
LEADERSHIP DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ACADEMY (NHLDI)

The NHLDI is an exclusive annual conference that brings together our Corporate member companies, community leaders, HR Business Partners, and Leaders, and outstanding speakers. During this Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion event, we share knowledge, projects, and experiences, discuss and determine solutions to common challenges for recruiting a diverse workforce, foster an inclusive work environment, and represent the Diversity of Nebraska within our workplaces.

This event was created to help diverse applicants find a place in the workforce and to assist employers in understanding the benefits of diversity and inclusion. We recognize that encouraging Nebraska and Iowa employers for hiring a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive workplace will create a positive impact in their industries and communities. By creating a general framework of Diversity and Inclusion that sets as primary goals increasing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive workplace, the results will create an immense impact in the community and financial growth to their industries. We also believe that this will create general economic development in the area.

We want to make a strong and logical case for you to improve your diversity efforts. We know this will be a worthwhile endeavor. In developing this event, we put in a lot of hard work but it has been eased by the fact that so many people have made us aware that this event has widespread demand in our area. It seems that part of our goals is already understood by area employers and they are seeking a way to add a diverse workforce that creates a positive impact.

We are committed to assisting you in tapping into the power of a diverse and inclusive workforce. We have developed a number of strong workshops so that you may consider the conditions you have to start with and where you know you need to improve. We have added speakers and experts from different fields and backgrounds that are committed to lifting up diverse candidates to create synergies in your workplace.
